How does Synthpop's intake product differ from "automation"?

Traditionally, when building robotic process automation systems, a huge investment is required to capture complex heuristics and decision trees. Our intake product is able to capture workflows and process data much faster - by using artificial intelligence and applying reasoning to each step. With our products, (human) training documents are provided as context and training materials, instead of codifying these training documents in a specific algorithm. We can accept various document types, including handwritten notes.


I’ve been told that GPT-4, for example, is not suitable for healthcare because it can “hallucinate” and provide information that isn’t accurate.  How does Synthpop address this concern?
