December Update! Execution, Growth

As we close out 2025 and head into the holiday season, we want to pause and say thank you!
Thank you to the healthcare teams who trusted us, the partners who challenged us, and the people across our customers’ organizations who show up every day with one goal in mind: delivering better care to patients. This year reaffirmed why we built Synthpop in the first place - and why the work ahead matters more than ever.
2025 was a year of execution, growth, and real-world impact.
We doubled the size of the Synthpop team this year, bringing together exceptional talent across AI, engineering, and healthcare operations from around the world. A defining moment in that growth was the entire airt team joining Synthpop, adding deep expertise in building and scaling AI agents in production environments.
At the same time, we were fortunate to welcome seasoned healthcare leaders and industry veterans, including Ruslana Frazer and Lucas Lacroix. Their firsthand experience navigating healthcare operations, payer dynamics, and patient workflows has been instrumental in shaping how we build, grounded in the realities our customers face every day.
This growth wasn’t about scale for scale’s sake. It was about assembling the right mix of AI innovation and healthcare expertise required to solve some of healthcare’s most complex operational challenges, responsibly and at scale.
We also reached a major milestone with the successful launch of our real-time AI Voice Agent. What began as a clear need we heard from customers - too much time spent on phone-based administrative work - became a production-ready solution that now handles patient communications like insurance verification, benefits checks, resupply coordination, and follow-ups. The result: fewer manual calls, faster workflows, and more time for care teams to focus on patients instead of paperwork.
And thus, most importantly, we saw the impact where it matters most.
Across our customer base, administrative workloads decreased, operational bottlenecks became visible and solvable, and valuable staff time shifted back to direct patient care. Because, in a system under constant pressure, even small gains in efficiency translate into meaningful improvements for patients and the people who care for them.
But beyond any single product, 2025 reinforced the need of an integrated approach, making it our goal to support the entire patient journey - from intake and document processing to patient engagement, orchestration, and long-term insights. By connecting these workflows into one platform, healthcare organizations will gain visibility, automation, and control across processes that were previously fragmented. That end-to-end view is what will allow teams to move faster, reduce friction, and deliver a better experience for both staff and patients.
As we look ahead to 2026, we're building on our momentum: delivering practical, trustworthy AI that works in the real world of healthcare operations. We’ll continue to invest in our platform, our people, and our partnerships - always guided by the belief that technology should support care, not complicate it.
